Please be as specific as possible and tell us about what you do and plan to sell. Mention anything that makes your business unique (E.g. Local ingredients, allergy friendly, family business, etc).
For food vendors, we are offering the unique opportunity to be specially featured in our programming & social media, and highlighted on the event map as a "Tasting Vendor." Since this would bring a lot of additional attention, the expectation is for the vendor to provide a separate tasting menu, well supplied with the ability to adequately meet festival attendance demands. This menu must only contain small portions either offered as free samples, and/or $1, $2, and/or $3 portions, a fair offering for the price. The idea is that the tasting menu will complement the full menu, driving more sales, while allowing festival goers to experience more variety by making their money go further and without becoming too full too quickly. Since samples and small portions have a higher cost per item percentage for the vendor, that is why the festival will highlight these vendors, driving additional traffic and business.

Locally sourced is defined as a product or ingredient that is grown / made within 150 miles of where it is consumed. (e.g. Bread made and sold in Scottsdale that uses flour grown in Tucson would be considered local).

Base Exhibitor Package
NOTE: For all canopies, properly affixed weights of 40 lbs per leg are required. Vendors must provide their own weights, or rent separately. Anchors/stakes are NOT permitted. All packages are for the full two days of the event - exhibitors MUST participate in BOTH days of the event, for the entire duration - NO EXCEPTIONS. Current prices are special rate and guaranteed until November 30, 2017 - at which point they will increase. Exhibitors that participated in our previous VegFest & VegOut Events are eligible for a 10% discount off the Base Package.
Exhibitor Space Package *
Please select the space package of your choice. All exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own canopies, tables, tablecloths, chairs, and all equipment/supplies. If you need to rent equipment, please see the add-ons section. All packages include basic features in our marketing campaign (website listing, print listings, and social media announcements). Additional listings and announcements available upon request. Health Department Fees and application are responsibility of the vendor, though we can provide assistance to questions. *Non-Profit Exhibitors must be 501(c) organizations that are not intending to sell (excluding memberships) to qualify for this rate.

Responsibility of Rental Equipment *

Permit for Maricopa County Health Department? *
Having the proper permitting for the event is the responsibility of the vendor. Please view the link to make sure you have the appropriate permit (for most food vendors, it is the Temporary Food Establishment permit). If you plan to prepare or sample food, you will need some type of permit from Maricopa County Health Department.
